Arts and Crafts is the style for the design of houses in Cates Hill Village. Verandas, overhanging decks, shingle roofs and wooden siding all work in harmony with the natural environment.

Each house is designed and sited to take full advantage of its view and topographical characteristics. This allows us to offer layouts and sizes to accommodate a variety of needs.
